Minnesota Man Gets Probation For Child Porn Conviction
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been sentenced to 5 years on probation for a child pornography conviction. 61-year-old Mark Bunce was originally charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography, but he reached an agreement with Olmsted County prosecutors earlier this year and entered a guilty plea to a single felony count to resolve the case.
The original complaint was filed against Bunce last June after his wife discovered a number of the illegal images and videos on his computer and contacted police the previous month. She told investigators she made the discovery after noticing Bunce was acting strangely. Police later executed a search warrant and found hundreds of suspect child porn videos and photos.
