Steele County’s Most Wanted Includes One Wanted For ‘Escape From Custody’

The latest 'Behind the Steele Star' came out online on Thursday and inside the monthly online publication were two of Steele County's Most Wanted individuals. One of the two individuals wanted by the Steele County Sheriff's Office is being sought for escape from custody, while the other is being sought for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation.

The first person listed on this month's Behind the Steele Star's Most Wanted list is 40-year-old Jonelle Suezette Hill who is wanted on charges of 'escape from custody' according to the online publication. Hill is listed as standing 5'1" weighing 240 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

The second wanted individual in July's Behind the Steele Star is 44-year-old Richard Allan Miller Jr. who is being sought for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation. Miller Jr. is listed as standing 6'0" and weighing 130 pounds according to the online publication. Miller has blue eyes and brown/balding hair.

Also in this month's newsletter, the Steele County Sheriff's Office asks that parents have a plan for when they visit the Steele County Free Fair. Some tips and things to consider are:

• Take a picture of your child every day before arriving on the fairgrounds, that way you are able to give a very detailed description of your child and what they are wearing. Deputies will also be able to use that picture to help locate the missing child quicker.
• Another thing that parents can do is to make a plan with your child if they become separated while at the fair. Set a pre-determined location where you and your child will meet.
