On Wednesday I chose the track "Pull Me Under" from progressive rock band Dream Theater's third studio album, Images and Words. This single topped out at No. 10 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. This was the first release from the album and their only single to make it into the top 10 to date. Images and Words, which came out on July 7, 1992, peaked at No. 61 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and was the first album to feature lead vocalist James LaBrie; he replaced Charlie Dominici and remains their lead singer to this day. There were two other singles from this effort, including "Take the Time," which made it to No. 29 on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.

Formed in 1985, Dream Theater has released 13 studio albums, eight live albums and seven singles over the length of their career.
