Power 96 Cool One Recap: Pat Travers

If you've been following my Cool Ones recaps, it's starting to seem like I really favor Canadian rock bands and artists. I've got to admit, even I didn't know that's where a lot of these guys were from. I've just been enjoying their music for years without doing any research on them, so this has been a learning experience for me. So without further adieu, my Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts, for yesterday was another Canadian, Pat Travers. He has a new album that came out in March called Retro Rocket and I tracked the single "Hellbound Train." It's an album done in the foot-stompin', hard-rockin' style of his late '70s albums such as Heat in the Street and the live Go For What You Know!
